1. Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are used in the following meanings, unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Provider: StreamAllNow, the provider of digital streaming and IPTV services.
- Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Provider.
- Service: The provision of access to digital content (IPTV, VOD, Series) over the internet.
2. Use of the Service
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following usage rules:
- A subscription is strictly personal and may not be shared with third parties or outside your household.
- Simultaneous use of a single account on multiple devices is strictly prohibited unless you have purchased a multi-connection subscription. Violation of this rule will lead to an automatic ban by our servers.
- Re-streaming, copying, or commercially exploiting our services without authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are final and include applicable taxes. The service is provided on a prepaid basis. This means you pay in advance for the duration you select (e.g., 1, 6, or 12 months).
There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. When your subscription period expires, you decide whether you want to manually renew your account.
4. Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital services (immediate access to premium content), we maintain a strict refund policy:
- Once a subscription is activated and the login credentials have been delivered to you, it is no longer possible to receive a refund.
- We strongly recommend requesting a 24-hour trial account first if you are unsure about device compatibility or your internet speed.
- Refunds are only approved if, due to technical errors on our end, we fail to activate your account within 48 hours of payment.
5. Quality & Uptime
We strive for a 99% server uptime. However, the quality of the stream heavily depends on factors beyond our control:
- Your local internet speed (a minimum of 30 Mbps is recommended for 4K/HD streaming).
- The hardware processing power of your device (Smart TV, Android box, Firestick, etc.).
- Temporary server maintenance or network updates. We are not liable for brief buffering or downtime caused by local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) throttling connections during major sporting events.
